Hello, I have ordered Carrier 1.2 Ton 5Star on April 9th, 2021. It got delivered on 13th April. Installation done on 14th April. I was checking all products before buying it like Bluestar, Daikin, Lg and Panasonic. Finally, I chose Carrier due to its high energy saving, cooling effect and mainly for brand. When it comes to cooling, it cools the room within 10 - 15 mins. By the way my room size is 120sq feet. I have been using it for past 10 days regularly at night. It will be running entire night approximately 11pm to 5pm by setting the temperature to 27 degree. I noted down the current unit as well. It's hardly taking 1 to 1.5 unit per day. Max 2 unit per day not more than that if you change the mode in the middle. And In one word, Super fast cooling, Super Silent ( outdoor unit is damn silent). This is perfect for those who would want a super silent AC which is energy efficient, faster cooling. I definitely recommend this AC to everyone. To be honest, remote is not at looks good and AC as well. It doesnt look like premium one. I will give genuine reviews so far Cooling - 4.5/5 Energy saving - 5/5 Features - 3/5 Design - 3/5

This 2020 model doesn't come with flexi cool. It was a big of a disappointment. Also, unable to use remote at night as it has no light whatsoever on led display led. Unable to use at 50% compressor settings, although mentioned. Feeling disappointed with carrier and flipkart. Flipkart customer care didn't helped. Its a waste of money. Go for Voltas or if budget allows choose LG or Samsung. Update after one month use : The cooling has drastically reduced. It now seems that I made a big mistake by choosing carrier. The remote is very laggy, it takes 2 seconds for the remote to send command. The remote is consumes a lot of battery, 4 Duracell batteries replaced in just one month of usage. Power consumption was it consumes the same electricity as any regular 1.5 ton AC(1500 watts). What they mentioned on the product details as 1050 watts is just a marketing gimmick to fool people. Also, my room size is small of 10*10.

Worst ever services I have dealt with. I purchased Carrier AC on the faith of brand "CARRIER" but totally disappointed with the services being provided. I am chasing the support team since 12.June.2021 related to issues with my AC cooling & carrier support is sending totally UN-professional and untrained resources , who till date are not able to identify the issue in AC. Best thing is that they come to us attend (2-3 hours min) the call and say we will visit again & next morning I receive SMS "Call has been successfully completed" WOW. This happened 3-4 times & I have to again log a call on helpline & hear the same jargon of Very Sorry Very Sorry. Seems like no one is bothered about the after sales & customer pain, ticket is closed by service center and customer is very much free to follow-up and log compliant again. No one from CARRIER is monitoring the service centers call status even after repeated complains at helpline. Seems CARRIER is not directly handling the service centers & have handed over to local AC vendors for a sake. please let customer know so that we can get it repaired from aftermarket vendor with much better service and lower cost of ownership a compared to CARRIER or if CARRIER has any buy back scheme I will be more than happy to do that for a AC purchased on 24/06/2019. This is really the worst service experience & made me realize that brand doesn't matters. Kindly don’t waste your hard earned money by investing is such service provider.
