Nice AC but poor service !!!
This Blue star AC is very good. Room becomes chilled in 20 mins I'm giving 2 Star to this AC .Not for it's cooling but for it's Technician and Carpentery work. The first one we received is defective one and got replaced.. It took Almost 20 to 25days to get replaced AC Cost is less but we paid around 4700 extra for Technical and Carpenter work. Initial cost for the Technician is as mentioned as 1000 to 1500 rs max. But this person charged around 1500+400 extra for his work..The work he did is only dragging wire from Plug socket to Meter.. It takes only 15 mins..This he charged very much and his final result is very disappointing.. If I just Slide the AC cable then AC power will get off due to loose connection inside switch box. The Technician is inexperienced that the way he installed plug is so disgusting. The mistake we did was asking same Technician for a person to do Carpentery work. The Carpenter is very bad and highly inexperienced ..he even doesn't know how to do Carpentery work for Window AC.. The way he fixed wooden plank is completely rubbish.. Gaps are visible between the wooden plank from inside and outside of the room. The next day we called Carpenter to fix this issue..He came quickly and applied Fevicol.. looks good only on that day.. But from next day again gaps are visible.. AC is good and cooling is good but installation work is completely disappointing @Flipkart: Can you please train your technicians regarding work ?? We can even provide more money for Technician work but is this right way of doing Quality work ?? Is this called customer satisfaction ?? Please train your technicians well and pardon us for ordering AC.
