Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro RAM and Storage options leak online

We already know that Xiaomi is unveiling the Redmi Note 9 Pro and vanilla Redmi Note 9 on March 12 in India via live stream. A fresh bit of information regarding one of two new Xiaomi phones has trickled down in new leaks.

As per reports, Xiaomi will be offering the Redmi Note 9 Pro in three RAM and ROM configurations: 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage. 

In the report, it is claimed that the Redmi Note 9 Pro will be offered in three colors – Aurora Blue, Glacier White, and Interstellar Black.

Earlier this week, The Redmi Note 9 Pro was spotted on Geekbench benchmark listings. As per the listing, the Note 9 Pro will be powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm chipset, most likely the Snapdragon 720G – the same chip that powers recently launched Realme 6. This new Qualcomm 700-series mobile platform support ISRO’s NavIC feature.

The Geekbench listing also reveals a few important things about the phone software. The Redmi Note 9 Pro will run Android 10 based MIUI skin.

Xiaomi is expected to use a 64MP quad-camera setup at the rear side. The phone is expected to feature more than 4000mAh battery and fast charging support.

These Redmi Note 9-series phones are expected to fall in the price band between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 17,000. Xiaomi is expected to sell the Redmi Note 9 on Amazon while the Pro version will go on Flipkart apart from its own Mi Stores. What are your expectations with the Redmi Note 9 and Redmi Note 9 Pro?
