For those seeking a more subtle aesthetic, the “Ocean Blue” color offers a demure alternative. I prefer the Lava red color because of its uniqueness and flaunt-worthy looks.
One design element that captured my attention was the “Sunshine Ring” camera panel. Its beveled design reflects light in a way that adds a touch of playfulness and dynamism to the phone’s overall look.
Beyond aesthetics, the F25 Pro 5G impresses with its balance of size and weight. Despite housing a sizable 5000mAh battery, the phone remains impressively lightweight at 177 grams and boasts an ultra-slim 7.54mm profile. This combination translates to a comfortable and portable user experience.
OPPO hasn’t compromised on durability. The device’s core structure employs a glass-filled polycarbonate (PC + GF) composite, which goes beyond standard plastic. This innovative material blends polycarbonate resin with glass fibers, significantly enhancing the phone’s overall strength and resilience. The OPPO F25 Pro 5G’s camera system impressed me throughout my experience. The 64MP primary sensor with its large size and f/1.7 aperture captured clear images in diverse lighting conditions, delivering clear and detailed shots. I was particularly impressed with its low-light performance, capturing usable images even in dim environments. There are a lot of devices out there that capture good images but what is truly impressive is the quality this device delivers in under 25K.
The 8MP ultra-wide sensor came in handy for capturing expansive landscapes and group photos. The 112-degree field of view ensured everyone fit in the frame, making it ideal for group gatherings and scenic shots. During a recent trip, it allowed me to capture the breathtaking panorama of snow-capped mountains in stunning detail.
For capturing intricate details of close-up subjects, the 2MP macro camera proved to be a valuable tool. Its ability to focus as close as 4cm allowed me to explore the textures and patterns of objects from a unique perspective.

Furthermore, the phone’s support for HDR 10+ delivers richer colors, and contrast, making visuals appear more vibrant and lifelike.
The inclusion of Panda Glass for display protection provided peace of mind. This unique, twice-reinforced glass undergoes multiple chemical and thermal treatments, significantly increasing its resistance to scratches and damage. This durability is a crucial aspect of a smartphone, and I found it reassuring to know that the display was well-protected against everyday wear and tear.
Consistent Performance Throughout the Day
For Performance, OPPO has once again trusted the time-tested powerful MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor built on a 6nm process. It has a combination of two performance cores and six efficiency cores that aim to deliver powerful performance with excellent power efficiency. During my time with the device, it felt responsive and capable of handling everyday tasks and multitasking with ease.
The F25 Pro 5G comes equipped with 8GB of RAM, with the ability to utilize additional up to 8GB through Dynamic RAM. Storage options include 128GB or 256GB, both of which can be further expanded by up to 2TB using a microSD card. Additionally, ColorOS 14 with its Trinity Engine offers storage optimization features. My experience revealed that it can save up to 23GB on the 256GB model and 11GB on the 128GB model, helping to maximize available storage space.
OPPO’s self-developed LinkBoost technology truly works as it helps me get a stable connection in corners of my home where I usually struggle with patchy networks. OPPO claims its tech allows 100% faster transmission power and 58.5% stronger reception. OPPO’s LinkBoost technology adds an extra layer of confidence for me when it comes to network performance on the F25 Pro.

Alongside these productivity features the OPPO F25 Pro 5G also gets the LinkBoost feature (OPPO’s self-developed network optimization engine) that results in stronger and more stable signals even if I was in low network zones like metros stations and underground parking.
