Last year, we saw three Ace-branded phones in China aptly dubbed Ace 2, Ace 2V, and Ace 2 Pro (in order of release). Seems like this year won’t be any different as reports suggest OnePlus is cooking up the OnePlus Ace 3V set up to launch sometime in March this year.

We already got the OnePlus Ace 3 powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC in China later arrived in India as OnePlus 12R earlier this month. OnePlus Ace 3V and Ace 3 Pro are expected to arrive in the first and second half of this year, respectively.

OnePlus Ace 3V Specifications (Rumored)

Talking about the OnePlus Ace 3V, the yet-to-be-released phone has caught the attention of Chinese tipster DCS according to whom, it will feature an OLED panel with 1.5K resolution and it could be either flat or curved edges although that remains to be seen. The display will breathe at a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is likely powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC under the hood. Ace 3V is a mid-ranger to the standard Ace 3 where the latter sports a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

OnePlus Ace 3V is made up of an aluminum or plastic frame and glass back which is what a mid-ranger would have. The phone is likely powered by a 5,500mAh battery plus 100W fast charging support. We don’t have any information on the optics, storage, RAM among other details so we will have to wait to know more. We do know that the device could max up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage

Rumors suggest the OnePlus Ace 3V packs in a 64MP plus 8MP triple rear camera with an auxiliary 2MP shooter. On the front, we have the usual 16MP shooter. This setup was seen with the OnePlus 2V as well.

Other features include NFC, IR Blaster, USB-C 2.0, Bluetooth v5.3, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, a stereo speaker setup, and 5G support to name a few.
