Nikon Z f Mirrorless Camera Launched In India: Check Specs And Price Here

Nikon has launched the “Z f” full-frame mirrorless camera in India. It comes with the EXPEED 7 image-processing engine, has a 24.5MP CMOS sensor, and can record in H.265 10-bit format. The camera’s price begins at Rs. 1,76,995 in the country, and the sale starts on October 12, 2023.

Nikon Z f Mirrorless Details

The Nikon Z f has a 24.5MP CMOS sensor (35.9 x 23.9mm, FX-format), which can click still images in several formats, including JPEG, NEF, NEF + JPEG, HEIF, and NEF + HEIF. Regarding focus points, the Nikon Z f mirrorless camera offers 299 focus points in single-point autofocus mode.

The ISO sensitivity on the device ranges from ISO 100 to 64000. Shutter speed, on the other hand, can go from 1/8000 to 30 seconds. Exposure compensation varies from -3 to +3 EV (-5 to +5 EV when the exposure compensation dial is to [c]). The color temperature ranges from 2,500 K to 10,000 K.

For recording videos, the camera supports 4K UHD resolution at 60 frames per second at DX crop (with a slightly lesser field of view). Full-frame video recording capabilities are limited to 4K UHD at 30 frames per second, while FHD videos can go up to 120 frames per second. Supported codecs include H.265/H.264 10-bit, N-Log/HLG.

To monitor the recording and tweak other settings, users get a 3.2-inch Vari-angle TFT touch screen. One also gets a 0.5-inch OLED electronic viewfinder with color balance and 13-level manual brightness controls. The battery in the box provides a maximum recording time of up to 125 minutes.

The Nikon Z f mirrorless camera will be available from October 12, 2023. Its price will start from Rs. 1,76,995 across Nikon’s outlets in the country.
