The iQOO Neo9 and Neo9 Pro were launched in December last year in China and iQOO seems to be expanding the lineup with a new “S” model called the iQOO Neo 9S Pro. The iQOO Neo 9S Pro’s main highlight will be the newly announced MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, that’s also found on the China-exclusive Vivo X100s.
As for the rest of the specs, we are expecting a flat 6.78” 144 Hz OLED screen, a 5,160 mAh battery, and 120W fast charging. As you can probably tell from the images attached below, the Neo 9S Pro looks strikingly similar to the Neo9 and the Neo9 Pro.
The iQOO Neo 9S Pro will have a dual camera setup, just like its siblings. Unfortunately, we are not sure if iQOO will retain the 50 MP + 50 MP camera setup that we have on the Neo9 and the Neo9 Pro or settle for a 50 MP + 8 MP setup seen on the global and Indian variants of the Neo9/Neo9 Pro.
Plus, we can expect a 16 MP front camera for taking selfies. The iQOO Neo 9S Pro should come with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The phone will be launching in mainland China this very month, i.e., May 2024. However, we have no information about the global or the Indian launch of the device at the moment. What are your thoughts on the iQOO Neo 9S Pro? Should iQOO launch this in India? Let us know in the comments section below.
