WHIRLPOOL INSTALLATION IS CRASS
Hi, I purchased a new product two days back and you sent an installation guy. He was sloppy and misbehaved and arrived 3 .5 hrs late, after I texted him repeatedly, at 7.30 in the evening. He ripped the package threw some pieces around /broke something god knows, messed up the house, wasted my time, DID NOT DO INSTALLATION. He said he had no pipe and no way to fit a tap, which we already had. seeing that I was alone woman in the house, he started delaying the fitting process, i ran out and called my neighbour. He then asked my 55 year old lady neighbour to shift the machine ! He also made me lift the machine because he could not move it. People at whirlpool---- If you want multiple people get them. If you know pipes will be small send extras. Do not send guys who probably have a record for harassment and shamelessness. he was tardy untrained and incompetent. He did not have a STAMP to sign the warranty. What is wrong with you guys. Did i pay 14500 and trust your brand so that someday i get harassed and cry. Its a shame. i called your 24*7 customer support which was shut down at 8. i left office half day because this guy said he will come at 4.30. I know I am going to get one thousand queries from you guys regarding order id , product vendor and I will waste my time ahead. But shame on you. None of you took responsibility for training the installation people. I have that guys number and have half a mind to report him. But I hope someone in Whirlpool is not wasting their salary and decides to work. I am posting this on Flipkart and I am sure they will blame it on you guys. If you refuse to take timely action and responsibility and make me do your dirty work, of running after your executives, who by the way called me BEFORE this guy came for installation, AND GOT RUDE, i’ve had it.

I've rated it one because how else can I rate something that hasn't been installed yet, even after a week of delivery. The delivery was done as per schedule but the installation hasn't been done and neither Flipkart nor Whirlpool seems to be taking responsibility. Stay away from this product, or better, stay away from the brand itself. Especially if you are in Bangalore. The installation guys will call you and try to sell other products and if you say no then they won't come to install.

I am writing this review after the second week of buying.Im satisfied with this washing machine.I bought this machine for my mom.she is very happy even it is too easy to handle and operate like pressing 1 2 3. It has 6th sense technology.so we dont need to set anything.It will set automatically we have to specify the cloth material like heavy, delicate, white, bedsheets,sarees etc in program setting.It is easy for elder people.The delivery executive gave one stand that was too ossum .It is easy to move the washing machine whereever we want.It has a moving tyres with lock to not moving anywhere.worth for buying.I bought this in offer period.
