Terrific purchase
I am writing this detailed review as it was too confusing to buy a washing machine based on online details and mixed reviews. I visited a local shop and had seen this machine but it was 7k more costlier for the 6kg, white variant. I got it in 19700 after card discount and coins on 1st jan 2021. Installation was done on the same day and got call for the same from Samsung itself. Thank you Flipkart. Now speaking about the quality: 1. It has no significant noise or vibration at all if fixed properly with or without stand. If you buy any stand its your choice, but plz buy a stand with rubber stoppers which are adjustable. 2. Wash quality is too good, absolutely no confusion regarding that. 3. Being a front load, water and electricity consumption is also less. 4. Number and duration of programs is significant. As I didn't prefer a lot more programs with 1.5 times the cost. 5. Using front load matic liquid detergent, amount of detergent used is even less than we use for bucket wash. 40-50ml is more than enough for 10-12 regular use clothes. I would suggest even less detergent. Will know after few more washes. 6. You can easily wash 12-14 clothes at a time. Sufficient for a family of four. 6. There is a ceramic heater to delay scale deposition. It is an additional point only. Only con which I can find till now is that the both inlet and outlet pipes are too short. There will be need for extension invariably. Samsung should provide adequate length, may be after charging for the same. Outlet pipe is narrow one and not found commonly in the market.
