Very poor
packaging was good to hide the fault inside. the control panel had scratches. Flipkart gave a used machine at discounted price which solved my query as to how they afford it. the LG engineer is aware of it. he was in a hurry to install it.now I know why.same thing must have happened to other Flipkart users. NO use of being Flipkart first customer.

Just okay
I bought this washig machine for its Jet spray function. But surprisingly found this function works for less than 1-2 mins and only two times maximum. For such 2 mins of extra spray that is also just from.top like tap water - this machine is costly by almost 5-6 thousand. I am writing this review as no other should make same mistake that i made by buying jet spray functionality. I tried complaining LG but they also mentioned its not a defect and jet spray works for only 1-2 min during filling water or wash. So giving such huge price for 2 min of functionality ia not worth. One can buy any other LG machine without jet spray or any other brand like Bosch top load at much cheaper rate. Also Invertor model vs non Invertor doesnt make much difference as Washing machines does not consume too much power. Suggest to go with Bosch machine as it works great with low water pressure as well. Don't fall trap of this jetspray function.
