Mind-blowing purchase
As always Flipkart has exceeded my expectations. Very prompt delivery. As per the product, it's LG, something I trust. So giving it a five star without even switching on. EDIT: well you can't discount infant mortality for any brand i guess. LG, pls note, this machine conked off in the first 15 minutes of operations. though it was attended to by your service staff and it needed PCB replacement, it still is negative marks for you. My IFB needed service only after 8 years and it's still going strong. Bravo IFB!

Waste of money!
Really fed up with Flipkart response and process.Bought washing machine and it was not as per the specification. Raised replacement request and got the same wrong product for second time as well.Flipkart customer care people are not much helpful and they intend to point out back end team and no one have access to back end team. Customer care can't update unless back end team informs them. It looks like there is no proper co ordination within their teams. After several calls, mails &escalations for 3 weeks I could manage to get it processed for refund.Flipkart to upgrade their process in reacting to the customer requirements. I really see customer care are to be trained properly in addressing the customer needs. Majority of them are just mentioning the resolution date rather than looking at the issue even after several reminders. They are more intended to close the calls somehow or other...very bad experience for me..
