Ordered this washing machine on 20th March 2021 (Saturday), delivery and installation both happened on the next day. I exchanged my old top load washing machine and that process was also very smooth. Super prompt service from Flipkart and IFB and I was extremely impresses to get everything sorted within less than 24 hours. First impression of the machine was great, it's a heavy-duty machine with superior built quality that you can feel. Open box delivery was impressive, the delivery persons carefully placed the heavy machine at my utility place and their cooperation and politeness was a great experience. Soon after the delivery, I called the IFB helpdesk to book installation service and the service engineer showed up within 90 mins - of course he took prior appointment from me. Installation was smooth and he explained us basics of the machine, like any installation person he explain some accessories which is recommended but never forced us to buy anything- which is something I liked. I bought the stand from him simply because the IFB brand stand is far better in quality as compared to stands available in the market at lower cost. We used the machine already in eco plus mode and was surprised to see the machine dis a perfect job with very less water. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend this product for sure.

First I received a broken product from seller "OmniTech Retail' which I had to return. It took a lot of time but then placed another order with seller "RAMTHRALLA Retail' Though the previous seller had good rating than this one, the experience was the opposite. I got fresh mfg. product this time and it was perfectly packed and no issues from eKart delivery. Installation was smooth. Product has good operating modes but theres a little uncomfortable noise for around a minute, when it spins to dry clothes, maybe its due to the high RPM. Overall a best buy at 32.5k under flipkart sale. I would advise to go for a good quality stand like Smart Shelter Super Heavy duty stand, Black one.
