Decent product
Ordered during Big Billion day for 19499 the next day price again reduced to 18999. unlucky to have that extra 500 discount. Delivery and installation was really very fast and was beyond expectations. though it's raining here in Chennai they did the delivery within 1half day of booking and installation done the same day of delivery that too late night service after 10.30pm. Completely seal packed undamaged product. I would have definitely gone for 5rating but given 3 because of some cons. Pros : 1. Anyview Cast is really first to mirror screening my MI A1 mobile. 2. Has dedicated button for YouTube and Netflix. 3. Screen clarity and colour is superb. 4. 40inch (102cm) size with smart features at such cheap increadible price. Cons : 1. Not supporting HotStar or Voot. 2. Less apps since it's a smart TV. Rather go for a Android TV, what Thomson and MI are giving at a slight difference in price. 3. 20 watt speaker way beyond when compared to big brands giving 5 or 10watt, still sound output is worst. Produces sound like 🔊 fitted in empty pots. 4. A+ grade panel assured by company, but the screen is really fragile and vulnerable, sensitive. Hope you keep at a safe place far from reach of children. Leaving touch effect and finger impression when touched. Whereas IPS display screen in other brands are tough enough to bear any accidental force or sudden hits.

Product seems to be good at this price. Got it for 19499 where as the next dày the price was 18999. Installation was was good but no demonstration was given. I thought that another person would be visiting for dèmo. But to my surprise the the person says he has completed both. He had been clever enough to lure my uncle award him with 5 points without him understanding what the 5 points were for. Request flipkart to please improve customer relations and provide proper demo of the product.

Worst experience ever!
sound quality is not good, normal start from above 50 range, which I was able to do at 10 volume for my previous tv, Installation guys was rude and he was not in a mood to give demo, Installation is not proper, I ask ed him to adjust he was not ready, he told me he will do only time and will adjust anything whether proper or not, I called the installation department they told me it will chargeable for second, They don't bother whether it's properly installed or not for first time, display is not Good i complaint the technician at the time of installation he advice me to get HD connection .otherwise you will get same issue.. my previous tv was not HD but it was having better display then VU tv. exchange policy also not good they fool the customer on exchange tv, as per them the old tv should be in good condition as like new tv, if my old tv is working like new tv no defect they why should I exchange it..please don't fool your customer and try to give better service. -1 rating for the service.
