Terrible product

Today I clearly understand why we should buy brands like Sony Samsung over this kind worst brand thomson. I purchased this product in the month of October 2022. The TV was working fine till February 2023 after that it was giving a problem in starting the TV. Once I switch on the TV it was taking minimum 15 minutes to switch on and after a month, that is in the March the TV completely got switch off and I am not able to turn it on. From then on, till date that is June 3rd, I'm keeping on contacting to customer care, and believe me I have never seen such a waste customer care support in my life who is so careless in fixing the issue even when it is in the warranty. I strongly recommend everyone not to buy this product in case you encounter any issues like me you will end up with bad customer support. I also raised this concern with Flipkart, and even Flipkart is not helping in any way. Thomson have a customer support number that does not reach, it will get ring twice and be disconnected after that. so the conclusion is if you are looking for the cheapest TV the best is to go for MI who is at least trustworthy to resolve the issues. I don't know what further steps to take to fix my issue but i want others not to go through the circumstance I am in today.
