#1 pic quality: PROS it's very good under 18k segment it offers full hd(1080p) panel whereas other brands offer only hd(720p) panel.. so if u have high quality hd content or full hd content it supports well and quality is very good.subscribe to good hd source or else normal content non hd videos or normal cable pic may look very dull on full hd panel.. you will notice it once you have seen a 1080p content so try to subscribe to good hd source for good experience CONS it does not support more than 1080p content like 2k or 4k videos which is not a major con because there is not much of 2k or above content available but still I tried and wanted to mention it that it doesn't. #2 sound quality PROS very good Dolby output sound is good and loud has inbuilt modes like sports cinema etc to give a different output CONS sound is little bit high even at 4/100 even 1/100 is bit high but after certain level like more than 60/100 sound dont increase and it's with all the units if u have external speakers connected then it will increase even after that but I guess it's within 75/100 for inbuilt speakers thats max Vol but don't get me wrong here with 20-30/100 Itself it's very loud giving a cinematic experience.. so not a deal breaker connectivity (MOST IMPORTANT ) HERE I was disappointed very much because previously we had a Samsung TV it had usb ports which are easily accessible protruding from side ways but in this case there is only 2 usb ports and it's at centre of TV behind the screen if you want to connect your pendrive its almost an impossible task if TV is wall mounted I have thin and long hands yet I have to do lot to connect my pendrive. have to go way deeper and since wall mounted there won't be much lighting so u have to do it very carefully since the gap will be very less and goes deep. I have an external hard disk but not sure if it will support it since the pendrive itself is not easily connectable I have to do lot of tiring sport to get is safely connected without disturbing wall mount .. also there are two usb ports but they're so close to one another inserting another cable or pendrive with one already there is almost impossible without disturbing the other. If I try to connect another pendrive then it kind of pushes and bends the previously connected one since both ports are so close and parallel they should have given it one down and one up so that this won't happen. I would recommend you to buy a usb to usb cable long enough so that u can access it easily if u want to connect a pendrive or smart TV stick or something.. connectivity definitely is disappointing remote looks very average not very much user friendly for everyone u need to get used to it for a while.. but not a great deal breaker also options and settings are bit average to okayish overall nice TV for 15k budget with some acceptable cons service wise good it took 5 days for technician in my area to come to us.. but installation was not bad we already had wall mounted setup for previously used TV we mounted this on same setup so no major work if u have wall mounted setup previously u can mostly use that or u might want to drill holes and do new setup.. provided mount appeared to be strong but it had two big screws that goes in wall.. I tried to control with my phone ir blaster.. marq is not specified in control list.. I tried it with other TV like Intex and some more and it got accepted for one so u can try with other brand name for mobile ir operation.. overall good.. I would rate 3.5 out of 5 if it had good connectivity options with neat accessible ports I would have given more than 4 stars

Value for money. i satisfied with quality as I paid 9k. I can't compare the quality of branded products with full HD TV. Based on your use you can decide to choose this product. I bought this for my parents who watch TV rarely... so I'm okay with this product. If you watch just 7feet away from TV then you feel it's good choice. This is review of three weeks use.
