I bought Wahl 09839-024 approximately some 6 months ago for Rs 999 for last 6 months, and have been using it since then, since it's has been half an year of my using it, I find myself in a good position to review it. Pros: 1. Strong motor and blades 2. Light Weight 3. Effective for hair and beard both Cons: 1. No charging/battery indicator 2. Buildup is not so strong as seems in pictures. Except blades all external body is made up of plastic 3. Front combs are detachable, so it makes the job of changing the combs cumbersome, also packing and safe keeping of detachable parts is hectic If you are looking for a clipper for hair as well as beard, this can be a good choice. But if you are looking for a trimmer just for beard this is not the ideal choice. There are plenty of better beard trimmers in this range eg a few models of Phillips or Panasonic. They offer a great variety in just beard trimmers. Although Wahl is a globally trusted brand, this doesn't quite stand the statement as external body seems a bit poor in quality and design. Rest motor and blades and sturdy. Just FYI, if you are buying it, oil/lubricate the blades before/after every use to find the best results.
