Don't buy.....so many are facing issue These crossbeats watches I ever seen and there service and talking with customers are so bad....they dleont reply correctly they play game and tell false statements.... I would crossbeats watch trak worth of 3800/_- in July ...within 3 months I got problem which display getting lines previous day I went in rain ..so coming to home I rubbed with cloth...I thought it is ip68 water resistant so don't get any problem ...prev. I used G-Stock and mi watch I won't release watch from hand in bath also those watches are so good..... But this crossbeats watches so worst....I complained and put mail for problem rectification they responded very late ,it is the only way to contact them (mail)....so I waited for reply I got after 2 weeks then I sent all invoice n all with my money to Bangalore....afteethat they saying that water entered so chip damaged ....but they simply saying it is not normal water salt n chlorine water ....how pity it is ...water shouldnt enter the water if ip68 but they simply saying like above so many times(I replied 15 times) ....they won't replace they simply saying to pay 99/- for sending damaged product.... I frustrated and said you keep your worst product with you... Please help me to get my problem solved 🙏...or to get my money back pls...
