Horrible
Ordered the product on 08/02/2019 received on 11/02/2019. When i opened the parcel i found that even the box is ancient old and watch was horrible in statec display has a scratch in it and the main part is the watch is not working and to the accessories part charger was not in the box. This product must’ve ve used for ages and they’ve ve sent to me. I requested a replacement yesterday(11/02/2019) itself but the OWNER REJECTED the replacement for god knows why. This owner cheated me buy sending me an old repaired product with no charger and he is not even accepting replacement. Flipkart must take action soon

Watch is not swimproof or water-resistant. Screen touch is not working after I used in swimming. For warranty, no response from customer care, call and email. I'm trying to contact for warranty for last 1 week. Very very bad

GPS takes almost above 2 minutes to catch location. Very annoying and at times you have already crossed 300/400meters from start. If you don't use hear rate monitor then it may run for 3 days on single charge. If using continuous heart rate monitor then it last only 1 day. Charging USB is of very low quality and also steps counter is very generous. I suggest deduct 15/20% of your step count for actual figure. Rating it 4/5 for good design, good battery and display. I feel it should cost around 9-11k.
