Pathetic and saddening experience
I have been using Samsung refrigerator for last 15years. It worked without any trouble until beginning of 2021. Finally I was adviced to purchase a new one on 28/04/2021 since it was not repairable to perfection anymore. Hence I purchased this model RT34T4522S8. It was having moisture issue and not giving proper cooling from the very first day of installation. Within 5days there was water leakage n accumulation underneath my crisper drawer (vegetable box). On complaining I was given a credit note after a long process and I repurchased the same model on 03/06/2021 thinking it might have been a manufacturing defect in this particular product unit. To my utter disappointment it had the same problem again. What was more surprising and disheartening was I have always been very pleased with Samsung service but this time after second purchase in a row the Samsung engineer tried to convince me that this problm is normal. But since I was not convinced and handled them careful logic they immediately agreed for replacement. I feel this series has some defect. I request customers not to buy this product or any product of this complete lot/series. And also request Samsung to withdraw this product asap.

Manufacturing defect
The freezer broke twice within 4 years of purchase. We paid for the first time to get it fixed but now apparently it's irreparable and declared to be a manufacturing defect. They are so insensitive about our issue. They don't answer calls, give us wrong extensions, don't return our mails. Please don't buy Samsung. We really suffered a lot.
