Just wow!
Its a very good buy. I Reccomend to buy this LG product. For flipkart it was a quick delivery but as per their process no one will come to unpack and install the fridge after delivery. So its ok to receive the product without any damage otherwise replacement policy is always there for 10 days. Not sure how much support flipkart will provide in that case. As a product i went through most of the reviews and compare between samsung and this product before buying. Its upto your preference as both the company are neck to neck competitors check for nearest support centre for after sales support. You can search service center in google. I had a prior trust on LG with its support. Issues that i have read in comments i investigated on those and like to share with you all... 1. Surface Heating- Yes it is normal for slight heating that why heat coating is provided in both side and top. If it is overheating and you cannot touch please check with service support asap. 2. Sound- It is a silent freeze as claimed by the company. Yes it is but don't expect there will be no sound. When the compressor will run it is bound to have some sound and can be a very slight sound as the machines runs. If its sound more check for support. 3. I faced a problem as the size of wire that is too short approx 2 meter so it is problem if the switch board is on left side as the wire source is in right but is same for most of the models of other company also. 4. Water leaking inside- People has blamed with the model but it seems ok. All models are same. As it is not a frost free fridge so in case of no power or defrost ice will melt and water will come to the tray and thereby water will pass through the holder to the collector tray fixed in the back. So tray settings and the temperature should be controlled accordingly. Few water droplets can be found in other places due to the moistures. It is normal. Space is good for 2-3 persons family. It is having storage of 180ltr and gross 190 ltr. I am giving this comment after 7 days of usage so cannot comments on electricity consumptions but 50watt usage is very less as it 4 star as per 2020 guide and works without stabilizer. Cooling is also very fast. I am very happy with this buy. I also got it in good offer.
