Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Samsung Galaxy A37 5G come with a charger in the box?
No, you will not find a charging brick in the box. The package only includes a Type-C to Type-C cable and a SIM ejector tool. You'll need to buy a 45W compatible adapter separately to enjoy maximum charging speeds.
How is the battery life and charging speed on the Galaxy A37 5G?
It features a massive 5000 mAh battery that comfortably delivers an entire day of moderate to heavy usage. When you do need a top-up, the 45W fast charging support can get the battery to 60% in roughly 30 minutes.
How good is the camera setup on the Galaxy A37 5G?
The phone features a versatile triple-camera layout led by a 50MP primary sensor with OIS for sharp, blur-free photos even in low light. It also packs an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a reliable 12MP front camera for crisp selfies and video calls.
How many years of Android updates will the Samsung Galaxy A37 5G receive?
Samsung offers exceptional software support for this device. The Galaxy A37 5G is guaranteed to receive 6 years of major Android OS upgrades and security patches. This keeps your phone feeling fresh and secure well into the future.
What processor is used in the Samsung Galaxy A37 5G and is it good for gaming?
The device runs on Samsung's own Exynos 1480 chipset. It is more than capable of handling everyday multitasking, social media apps, and casual gaming without any hiccups. However, competitive gamers playing heavy titles on max settings might experience some frame drops.

Yes, it is highly durable and features an official IP68 rating. This means the phone is fully protected against dust and can survive being submerged in up to 1.5 meters of fresh water for around 30 minutes.
Does the Galaxy A37 5G have a headphone jack or a microSD card slot?

While they look very similar, the pricier Galaxy A57 5G offers a faster Exynos 1680 processor, slimmer screen bezels, and a sharper 12MP ultrawide camera. If those specific upgrades aren't a priority for you, the Galaxy A37 5G provides the exact same battery size, display tech, and software experience for much less.
