Le Max Pro has quickly shot to global fame, riding on the Snapdragon 820 fame ticket. Besides the super hyped and dearly awaited latest gen Qualcomm quad core processor, the handset also includes industry firsts like WiFi 802.11ad (for fast communication, preferably between close proximity devices), and ultrasonic fingerprint sensor ( which are faster than capacitive fingerprint sensors currently being used).
On the design front, Le Max Pro looks and feels a lot like Le Max, which was one of the most successful handset for the company in 2015. The display is still 6.33 inches in size, which makes it a bit unwieldy, especially if you have small hands. The other specifications, be it 21 MP rear camera, or 3400 mAh battery or may be Android 6.0 Marshmallow based ROM at the helms of software - All seems well with LeMax Pro on paper.
The presence of industry first like WiFi 802.11ad or Snapdragon 820 have helped company score global attention, but won't mean much at consumer end. All major OEMs are expected to launch Snapdragon 820 powered devices in the coming year. Le Max Pro and Xiaomi Mi5 are perhaps the most popular among these upcoming devices, but neither is expected to timely arrive in India.
The handset is also supposed to be Letv's entry vehicle for US market. In India however, Letv is only warming up with Le Max, which is expected to launch on 20th January. Letv will certainly focus on Le Max for the first few months, and thus we don't expect Le Max Pro making it to India anytime soon. Information regarding where you can buy Letv Le Max Pro in India for lowest price will also be revealed closer to the launch. Rumors suggest that Letv Le Max Pro price in China will be around 3500 Yuan or approx. 35,000 INR.
