The highlighted features of the phone are a Snapdragon 870 SoC integrated with 8GB of RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, a 144Hz 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a 16MP punch-hole camera and it has a 48MP triple rear camera with dual-LED flash. iQOO Neo 5 Lite Display and Camera
iQOO Neo 5 Lite brings a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with a punch-hole notch. Also, it features a Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080x2408px. Besides, it comes with a pixel density of 398 PPI which improves the viewing experience on the phone. Also, it offers a smooth touch interaction and contrasts visuals with a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10 support. Adding more, you get a decent display with narrow bezels resulting in more than 90% of screen-to-body ratio.
As for the camera, the smartphone brings a 48MP triple rear camera with a dual-LED flash. The cameras are placed vertically on a rectangular camera bump which includes a main 48MP sensor followed by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro camera with autofocus. And, you get a 16MP punch-hole selfie camera with face unlock support.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 870 SoC with a 3.2GHz octa-core processor embedded on a 7nm chipset. Also, the SoC boosts gaming and multitasking performance with the help of 8GB of RAM and Adreno 640 which delivers 25% faster rendering performance over its predecessor Adreno 640. For security unlocks, it has a side fingerprint scanner.
iQOO Neo 5 Lite is backed by a 4,500mAh Li-Po battery supported by a fast 44W in-box charger. Also, it offers 70% of battery life in just 33 minutes of charging time, claims Vivo. Judging upon the battery capacity, a full day of power backup is expected on normal usage.
iQOO Neo 5 Lite Storage and Connectivity
The lite variant of iQOO Neo 5 comes with 128GB of inbuilt UFS 3.1 storage which boosts its performance as well as games/apps launch time. Also, you get ample storage for keeping your files. However, it lacks a memory card slot which limits its storage.
In terms of connectivity, the phone has 4G, 5G (in-selected markets), VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C charging port. For real-time navigation, you can use GPS with A-GPS.
