Great performance, Premium look and extremely light weight.
So its been one month since i purchased this beauty.., i have researched many laptops before finally going for this PROS 1. Great performance for regular usage, not a gaming device though. I mostly use engineering softwares like MATLAB, AutoCAD etc, and web browsing, runs smoothly and fastly. i5 10 th gen is more than sufficient. Thanks to SSD boot up is really fast (5-7 seconds) (Heavy softwares like MATLAB also opens in 4-5 seconds which used to take around 2 minutes in my previous laptop with HDD) 2. Display is amazing, it can also run 4k and 8k on youtube 3. Really really light weight, can be easily carried around, this was among one of the main reason i purchased it. 4. Build Quality is again a major plus point for this against counterparts in this price range, feels premium like macbook. 5. Battery life is great, easily lasts around 6-7 hrs (not 11) with medium to heavy usage, good enough for 1.2 Kg laptop. 6. Backlit keyboard is good. 7. 180 degree rotation comes really handy while studying pdf notes etc, (use it in portrait flipped mode as shown in picture) 8 Sound is good enough with VLC, but i prefer to use bluetooth earphones, works really well. CONS 1. One huge drawback of this device which deducted 1 star is its cooling mechanism, only one vent is provided, when performing heavy tasks, it heats like crazy and fan runs like its in F1 race, wont be an issue if one is working in air conditioned environment but someone like me who is from a village in ShriGanganagar (among one of the hottest place in india), have to shut it down when electricity is cut), though with normal usage like watching videos, heating is not observed. 2. Trackpad is average, sometimes takes right click as left click, but not a big issue for me as i use mouse most of the time. OVERALL VERDICT For normal to heavy usage (not gaming) for students and professionals, creaters, who wants a premium looking device with great performance, extremely light weight, budget around 50000/-, look no further, BUT keep cooler or fan on while doing any heavy task in hot summer, normal use is fine at any time. i would have given 5 star if it was even 1.3 Kg but with two cooling vents with better cooling mechanism and improved trackpad.
