Wonderful
Before i talk about the laptop, Msi is one of the best brands as of today for any in computers or computer parts. Apart from the product they also provide good support and nice benefits post purchase such as free apps and games, extended warranty and a nice community in their website. Coming on to the review- SPECS- Processor-intel i7 8th gen GPU-NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB RAM- 16GB 2400MHZ Display-120hz, 3ms TN panel with anti-glare coating and with peak brightness of 350 nits OS-WINDOWS 10 Storage-1TB HDD 7200rpm + 256 Kingston SSD with extra slots for upgradability. I have used this product or almost a year now, with its work cases being long continuous hours of gaming, college work, 3d apps (Fusion 360) and general media consumption. the performance has been great and it has never crashed even once till now. Pros 1.The display is very smooth and bright especially for games since the 1060 can hit 120 fps easily. 2.The performance and cooling is top tier. The CPU/GPU has not throttled even once after long hours of gaming sue to the cooler boost button. 3.The included bag makes it easy to carry around, and the laptop itself is pretty light. 4.The keyboard is easy to type on and its lighting looks nice. 5.The included soft ware is easy to use and helpful in overclocking and customizing. 6.There are a variety of i/o which is very helpful and necessary. 7.The boot up times are really fast(lesser than 8 seconds). Cons- 1.The battery backup lasts for about only 2 hours. 2.The speakers could use a bit more bass. Over all this is one of the best available laptops for the price range. If you have the Budget for this, i would highly recommend you to get this one or the higher/newer model in this series.

Just received the product. The package handling as expected from flipkart was poor. About the laptop, it's a gaming beast, no explanations necessary. Watch laptop reviews for any doubts. Will update the review after using it for some days. Update: Reinstalling windows is must. Removes all unnecessary software. Tap windows key and type device performance and health. Select fresh start and then get started. After windows update, install all device drivers in sequential order , the order can be found by searching on web. You can use msi driver and app center too. Install the utilities which you want. I kept Dragon center and steel series engine app bcz they are not so bad. Once everything is done. To check for any hardware issues do a benchmark test/stress test using IPDT for CPU and heaven for GPU. Guides for doing tests can be found online. Do it before return period expires. The speakers are loud but without bass. As mentioned in other reviews, headphones are your friend. If you are a fan of plain flat sound then no problem. Overall I am very much satisfied with the product. The build quality is mediocre and sound takes a hit. Cooling is top notch for which I bought it, but makes a lot of noise on cooler boost. 8/10 go for it!
