Useless product
If you buy this product, you should face all the problems of this policy of the product. Seller does not mention it's refund policy. They already forced you to take that product of you. Do not buy this product . It's performance is very low. It is the waste of money in low budget laptop in your open view.

Worth every penny
Bang For the Bucks Firstly it comes with DOS operting system which is clearly mention on its description means you have to install windows. Now i have a budget of 30k for a laptop and i want performance based laptop with 15inch+ display which can do multitasking and can run light softwares easily so in short i need a better processor, so i searched and came to this laptop. I got it in 24240rs on big billion day and with my remaining money i buy a nvme m.2 ssd 240gb and an 8gb 2666mhz ram stick and put it in my laptop(Note: upgrading ram and ssd won't void your laptop's warranty). Then i installed windows 10 in my nvme ssd. After those upgrades laptop works like a charm boots under 15sec and can do multitasking without any lag. So in short in under 30k i got a 15.6 inch laptop with 10th gen i3(better than ryzen 3250U), 12gb ram(+rs2250) and 240gb nvme ssd(+rs3500) and 1tb HDD which is obviously bang for your bucks. If you know a little about tech you can easily do the upgrades or just watch it on youtube. And yeah trackpad isn't working at first so i used an external mouse but after putting drivers it works perfectly fine. Even if you got the laptop in 26k or 27k its still a better deal and you can save money by doing upgrades on your own. Update : It been four months now, and i used it almost on daily basis still hadn't faced any issue yet. My RAM and SSD upgrades works perfectly fine.
