Delightful
*PLEASE GO FOR THE SSD VERSION OF THIS LAPTOP* In order to extract the most performance and utilise the powerful components this laptop has, it needs SSD and extra RAM. Those two are the limiting factors in this model. Design: The Design of the laptop is honestly amazing, it's very pleasing to even look at unlike many other gaming laptops which grabs a lot of attention. But HP pavilion is very subtle and elegant. It doesn't scream "gaming" but rather it has that clean notebook kinda look especially with this white backlight keyboard. The most beautiful gaming laptop for this price Build quality: I feel HP is among the best for plastic quality for its laptops. It even feels like a premium laptop. Everything is solid. Keyboard and trackpad are also awesome. No complaints. Battery: Ok, as this is a gaming laptop I think most people already know that gaming laptops weakness is the battery. And yes it's the same for this one also. For normal usage (just opening and reading files, doc, and browsing the web) it has around 4 nd a half to 5 hours for a light usage. But for AAA games you definitely have to plug in for max performance. Max performance is only possible if the lap is plugged in charge. Performance: Ryzen 5 can handle anything coupled with the GTX 1650 so I thought it would be fine. But turns out that the HDD is awfully slow, very bad. Also the RAM despite it having 8GB, there's only 6GB of usable RAM cause the integrated graphics (Vega 8) which comes with the cpu has been allocated 2Gb of RAM. So I am not at all happy, not even satisfied with the HDD and RAM of this laptop. This is the only issue with this model. Only bec of the HDD and RAM this lap lags behind, so if possible buy SSD and extra RAM then it would be a 10/10 But I would highly recommend to go for an SSD version of this laptop (512GB SSD) at 60k. Bec I bought this for 57k and even if I wanted to add an SSD, it would cost me extra. So better go for the SSD version then later on you can add extra storage if needed.

Mind-blowing purchase
So i been using this laptop for last 15 days. Earlier i was a bit hesitant to buy a Laptop with the AMD processor but trust me performance wise you won’t find any difference from Intel processor. Secondly I think overall, the performance of this laptop is quite well in this budget. i’ve been playing many high end games like Gear of wars 5, forca seriea, need for speed series and I haven’t seen any lag in gaming performance. The only problem I had with this laptop was on the sound volume and the display brightness. for sound volume I have seen a solution you just need to update your bios to the latest version from HP website and you will get the best sound output from the device. About the display I think the brightness is bit lower side but when you use it for couple of days you will get used to it.
