Delightful
All good about the system, comfortably fast though it takes quite a bit of time to start if you have activated all your Microsoft services and the system is connected to the internet which kicks in as soon as you start the system. No issues with the system but believe me HP service sucks in some places of Bangalore specifically the Jayanagar one. For some update issue I was having with the Radeon software they mentioned it to be graphics hardware issue which needs to be replaced but luckily I didn't take their word as the system was like two days old and nothing unless the default softwares were installed. So I tried with online technical support from AMD, Windows and HP. Nothing helped but one thing everyone except the service personnel conformed, it was a driver issue but which specific driver no one was sure. AMD suggested me to use a third-party software to uninstall and reinstall the graphics driver which HP guys didn't approve of. Later I went to the HP online support portal and tried to find the driver specific to my system but I didn't find any and it threw a message like all your drivers are up to date, no new drivers available. Later I went to AMD online support portal there I found the driver I needed. The whole point here is AMD compared to Intel processors is new and there are very few branded systems in the market that come with AMD processors as default. The process is not that streamlined as intel has with the brand's for years and service personnel are aware of issues that arise with those intel processors. There are few hiccups initially but the value AMD gives beats Intel in every aspect I feel. Infact performance better than intel.
