I've taken this lappy from a local store and yeah its truly the beast unleashed!. Pros: 1) 1 TeraByte Hard Disk implies hell lot of games and movies 2) 8 gb RAM implies, quick boot and faster processing 3) THE BEST 1 Gb graphic card of AMD 8series... Played all the latest games...flawlessly 4) APU QUAD CORE A 10, delivers what it promises. 5) 15' screen , if you are an entertainment lover, its awesome for movies. Cons: Heats up quick - buy a coolpad Charging drains a bit quick - put the brightness to optimum level Else, the lappy is a perfect and a real feast for gamers!

I bought this laptop in a know shop and no from Flipkart. I have been using this laptop for nearly a month. I have been soo amazed by its performance i wanted to give it a review. Display: The display is 1366*768 resolution and is 15.6 in diagonal, it is a backlit LED Display, so the display shows the details of a picture or a video clearly and even the texts are pretty clear. APU-CPU+GPU: CPU: As the title explains, this particular model contains an AMD APU A10 5750M, Till now this particular version of APU is the fastest till now for laptop, check the benchmarks for more information. Even though it is AMD's most powerful APU for mobile devices aka laptops, it lags behind Intel. For basic processing its slutter free but when it comes into CPU intensive tasks like Video Convesion etc is take far longer than intel, for eg, an Intel i5 3230M can convert an video in 10 seconds, the AMD APU will take 1 Minuit and 20 seconds, since this laptop is mainly for Gaming the processing power will be enough. GPU: Now the GPU is the super star in this laptop, it uses two graphic cards, one integrated and another one dedicated. Now both the GPU's combine and work for better gaming performance, and it is called as Cross firing. Most of the people when buying Graphics Cards they only see the Memory of the Graphics card thinking only that is responsible for gaming performance, the answer is a big no. The Memory of the graphic cards only comes into play when the resolution is huge, for example, when you play games in higher resolution such as bigger than Full HD or 1080p then only that Memory capacity will be fully used. There are other functions of a gpu is the Memory Speed, Memory Bandwidth and Shader Speed. When we take the resolution of this current laptop which is 1366*768, an 1GB Graphic Memory is more than enough since the resolution is quite low. The big plus point in this APU is that the cross fire enables the gaming performance to be soo much better, now going on to the Gaming Performance. Gaming Performance: FPS means Frames Per Second and the minimum FPS required to have a slutter free experience is 30 FPS. Hitman Absolution: At High Graphics Setting, it gives a good 35-45 FPS DMC5- High being the Maximum, it gives a constant 50+ FPS La Noir- At the highest Graphics level, 40-50 FPS COD Black Ops- At Highest Graphics Level, 55-70 FPS. NFS Most Wanted 2012- At Medium Level graphics, 35-45 FPS Dishonored- At highest Graphics level, 45-60 FPS Battlefield 3-At Low- 35-45 FPS and at Medium - 25-35 FPS Notice how the performance of this machine is above the Nvidia's GT650M Graphics Card? Its because of the cross fire technology. This machines GPU is so much under rated in many online benchmarks because they do not check the real life performance of the card and only to give it maximum load of non real life stuff. For most hardcore gamer's, they expect at least 80+ FPS for an awesome gaming experience but for me this is more than enough. Speakers: It has Stereo DTS which are loud enough to watch movies and play games. Keyboard: Pretty good for a budget laptop but the main disadvantage in the keyboard is the very small arrow keys, other than that is pretty good. Touch Pad: The touch pad in laptop is very poor, its not sensitive and if double clicked it accounts as single click, it better suited to use a wireless mouse. But the touchpad contains features like Multitouch, to zoom pictures or web pages you can pinch to zoom using the touch pad itself. Web Cam: Never used it more than once, but the quality is mediocre. Conclusion: This laptop is mainly for build for Gaming and it does so, the boot time it takes no longer than 15 seconds. If you want a gaming laptop and your budget is 40k you cannot find an better laptop than this. Never believe online benchmarks because they dont test the real life performance of the graphic cards, for example they said, this particular graphic card series cannot even run Hitman Absolution in Low graphics setting but in real life, i can play the same game at high setting with 35-45 FPS. And sorry for the long review, i just wanted to add all the information.

Everything You ever wanted :)
This is a laptop that gives everything that you need, in this price range. 1) Windows 8 original OS with regular updates. Now It is updated to Windows 8.1. 2) Very few laptops give this configuration for this price. 3) The performance is up to the expectations. 4) Gaming in this laptop is awesome. 5) The touch pad is not only a normal touch pad. It has extra features like pinch to zoom, scroll and other functions (like displaying Windows Charms, toggle between apps) that can be done by giving certain gestures as input to the touch pad. Problems arise when the laptop is upgraded from Win 8 to Windows 8.1. The latest Wi-Fi, bluetooth drivers have to be downloaded and updated so that they work correctly again (it's easy to do it as hey can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.). One setback that I can say is that the speaker is not that loud. Otherwise, this is a very good laptop in this price range.
