Worth the money
Overall a great product. I have been reading some very negative reviews about this laptop on various web portals but still, based on its specifications, portability and cost, decided to buy it. Got it in just 2 days... Thanks to flipkart for that. When I opened it I was amazed by the looks, weight and dimensions of it. but the real magic came when I started using it. Thanks to its lightening fast speed, I was ale to configure the laptop and install most of the softwares i need within an hour. there is no lag whatsoever in launching apps and multitasking among them. also the boot up and shut down times are just a few seconds. In front of this my old HP laptop with 6th gen i5 processor looks like st top box ;P. Display is great and I was able to stream 2k videos on youtube without any problem. Touchpad is good and the keyboard is really ergonomic. I am a light gamer but I belive it will handle some mid-range games easily. You may face some problems in FPS considering its limited 50 Hz refresh rate. Also, unlike what Flipkart website says, the RAM in this laptop is conveniently upgradable upto 32 gigs; however, a basic user can not upgrade it and have to be carried to service center for the upgrade. Now the problem; it charges a bit slowly. Sometimes, while heavy usage you may face some heating but that's not a regular thing. Mostly I was disappointed by a small cut mark that you can see in the image attached. This cut is at the joining point of back panel and keyboard containing front panel. i was thinking about returning it but it was not in stock at any online store and the nearby HP store was selling it for 47k (I bought it for 44k). I checked with HP, they said warranty will not be void because of this; so I decided to keep it. Hope this review helps you.
