Did not meet expectations
The worst ever buy. The laptop is dead slow to even load a browser. May malware protection is on from mccaffee. It does not show any problems. I also did a full format and installed windows updates. Still dead slow. It is this way since I opened it. I wanted to observe for few more days before initiating return. I realized only now that the return policy was within 7days, I thought it was a month. I got this as a gift for my wife on valentine but it turned out to be a failure. I have been a employee of HP.. And that's the reason got their product. I was wrong... Hopeless product.
