Excellent price and great build quality
I have bothered with little negative comments but after getting laptop very surprised with build quality Don't believe some people claim used item, It is brand new with Aug 2016 mfg and Hp website accepted for 1 year warranty Advantages 1) No heating problem even after 8-10 hours use 2) made bootable USB with windows and by pressing ESC button you can select preferred bootable and install it Drivers will be automatically updated from OS dont worry only wifi drivers manually you can download and install after installing OS 3) Build quality, Display 720p, audio dts, Hd cam, 1TB are big advantages for laptop 4) No lagging for windows 10 for normal use (Gaming i dont have idea) 5) Slim with 2.10 kg I bought for 17k by exchanging old laptop which is dam good price Disadvantages 1) 4 GB Ram cannot be upgraded has only single slot Worth for 20 to 25k best laptop with I3 5th generation same laptop spec for 31k in Hp website

I needed a laptop costing around 25k. Did a lot of research and compared a lot of different laptops from lenovo to hp to dell(these three are the best ones available in this price range). Since i needed a laptop for just basic purpose, i wasnt aiming for top end specificiations. After a lot of comparisons, I ended up with 2 laptops to choose from: one from lenovo offering almost the same specs for 1k less and this one from hp. I went with the HP laptop because i liked how the laptop looked,had extra 500gb of internal harddisk and the reviews were better. And to be honest, I wasnt let down by HP. Pros: 1. Affordable 2. 1Tb hdd 3. 4gb ram 4. Intel core i3 processor. 5. Looks Cons: 1. Free dos( but then it is super easy to install a windows). 2. Battery lasts about 2.5-3 hours. 3. Trackpad. Since I use a macbook air, i guess i got acclimatized to that kind of quality. But the trackpad felt as if not very stable on zeroing on any one thing. But overall, i'm happy with the product, given the price. Flipkart Service: ordered this during big billion day sale. Wasn't expecting it to be delivered anytime soon. But surprisingly got it delivered in 3 days. Commendable. Packing was also good with adequate room for protection. Kudos to flipkart.

Did not meet expectations
First I hve installed windows 8.1, couldn't find any drivers..after that installed windows 7 again it says no drivers...what to do...couldn't fin A way out....
