Ordered it and got it delivered the next day. Flipkart Delivery - 5/5 Now comes the review - 1-The Screen size is great , clear , good brightness. 2- Battery Backup is just woah. 6 hours continuous without charge. 3-Dell wave maxx audio. - Watching movie experience is beautiful. 4- Gaming experience - you can play high end graphics game like GTA 4 , Dead rising 3 easily with this lap. SO 10 on 10 for this product.

Flipkart delivered the laptop before time on 22 APR 2015 however when I checked the warranty of the product online on Dell website it was showing Aug 2014. I raised the complain to flipkart to update the warranty and got the timeline to resolve the issue before 5th May (i.e 2 weeks). when i raised the issue again on the same day they committed for 24 hours more and got a automated email of 72 hour resolution of 8th May. Customer care have no idea what is their concern team is done nor they have any escalation point to treat the request on priority. after 8th may i raised request to take back the project as its was not genuine due to not updation of warranty flipkart called me trice in a day to request for 72 hour more to 11th may and another 24 hrs 12th may and then 48 hours more to 14th may and today they again 48 hour more to 16th May with no resolution. flipkart auto-generated email came that issue is resolved but their is no resolution I got and no proper response from their customer care... they just read the autogenerated emails with the timeline and say they have escalated to concern team. Please DONOT buy products with such heavy price instead by from Dell Website as they are genuine. It seems now I have lost my money calling them and in laptop

This is the best laptop in this price range . It's really very slim and cool . With the NVIDIA GeForce 820M graphic card , all games and videos run smoothly . Let's discuss some pros and cons of this lappy - Pros - Nice design and slim screen Great graphics Does not hang , thanks to the 4GB RAM Really lightweight Great Touchpad quality Cons - Screen starts blinking at times Another thing I want to discuss is that Flipkart took 6 days to deliver this product to me . That's really painful . But I won't deduct a star for that . 5 stars for this laptop !!
