This laptop is a sham by Dell, stay away.
First advice, do not go by the specifications of this laptop, they are only on paper. It happened with me also, people get overwhelmed by the specs and purchase this laptop. Writing this review after using it for 6 months, it's performance has never justified SSD with core i7. It performs like any other 40k laptop because it has the cheapest quality SSD just for mentioning in the specs. You will know this only after buying the laptop. Secondly, do not trust Flipkart's replacement policy, If you find a performance issue with the laptop even within the replacement window of 10 days (as I found with battery and freezing), Flipkart will ask you to get the error certified by Dell and Dell never does that because they will certify only when some hardware is completely dead (which never happens in a new laptop). So, the replacement policy is just to lure into buying.That's how Dell and Flipkart are making a fool out of customers. I am now stuck and 80k gone down the drain Thirdly, major design flaw in this laptop is there are no indicator lights of any sort to show power on/off, sleep mode, hard disk activity etc. People don't notice this flaw while buying online and once you take the delivery, there's no looking back. Now the main issue. In the beginning the battery back-up was 3-4 hours, after just 6 months it is down to 2 hours. I reached out to Dell, they said no battery replacement will be provided until the in-built diagnosis tool shows a hardware error. And that diagnosis tool will give the error only when the battery is completely dead. So, Dell has an easy escape, you can't do anything. Moreover, when I insisted, they asked me to carry the laptop to service center instead of providing technician visit even thought the laptop is well under warranty. Also, Dell has informed me on call that the design capacity of this battery is 45 minutes of back-up (sounds like a joke), so no replacement until that criteria is being met. The positive reviews for this laptop are posted by people only after 1-2 days of usage. I suggest them never post a review for an electronic item just after initial usage because real quality and features (or those missing) are known after continuous usage over a period of time and that's when the product can be properly reviewed. I rarely post such detailed reviews, the purpose to do it for this laptop is to make people steer away of such products.

Terrific purchase
purchased at 75k. price to performance ratio(8th gen with 8gb ram 128gb SSD) working smooth. design is better compared to other brands at this price. battery life is enough between 3-4 hours as mentioned loved that thing. This laptop is for those who is using heavy software and some mid range gaming. overall I will say good to buy.
