Graphics Memory Type is incorrectly mentioned. It is not GDDR5. AMD Radeon R5 M335 is a low-end dedicated graphics card where the bottleneck is the 64-bit DDR3 graphics memory. Please don't deceive the customers.

Now a days flipkart is turning into real BEGGARS...! Moreover there customer support sucks like anything...! Coming to the issue.. I had purchased an Dell Inspiron Core i7 6th Gen - (GENUINE Windows 10) on March 9th, 2016 and Delivered it on March 21st, 2016. The Lappy has been doing good till Dec 30th,2016 then it got a some system update and after update if said that its not an genuine version WIN 10 OS and this version has been locked no further updates is permitted. We called to FLIPKART BEGGARS they said that post sale we are not responsible please contact DELL customer support. On 9th Jan 2017 we contacted DELL customer support than the real fraud has been disclosed by them as we are not responsible for this OS version of laptop. As per the details updated in DELL site it has been shipped it with UBUNTU LINUX 14.04 Operating system and shipping date in Dell site is 12-01-2016 which itself makes an 3 months wastage in warranty and in-order to purchase an genuine version of Windows 10 Rs.10,000 needs to afford additionally. If it would be the case why we need to pay additional money including OS at the time of purchase it is better to purchase DOS version we can install any version OS as our wish. When Coming to the flipkart it's been entertaining Professional FRAUD CHEATERS in reworking on USED Laptops and selling it officially in their sites with Pirated version of WINDOWS 10 Operating SYSTEM. RESOLUTION: COMPANY NEEDS TO TELL US UNCONDITIONAL APOLOGY REMOVE THAT SELLER IMMEDIATELY FROM YOUR LISTING PAY BACK THE 2 TIMES of WHOLE MONEY WE PAID AS CLAIM OF DAMAGES FOR MENTAL & PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE , We been facing from past couple of weeks.
