Slightly disappointed
HEATING problem. Design is good, processor fast but rating this 2* because it heats up very quickly it's not good especially for a new laptop . Now its 5 months passed and am reviewing again .so that it will help others .... Laptop heats up very fast and the intensity of heat is too much .

Fraud. No proper response. Zero care for customer satisfaction. Received a lower end laptop with a different low quality Pentium processor. Raised return on the same day. But the pickup guy says product id not matching and he can't accept. Such an irresponsible morons working behind the screens. No doubt Flipkart has lost big to Amazon. Cheap shameless third graded e-commerce site it has become.
