please do not buy this product in flipkart.... this available at cheaper rates in the market... u'll also get many accessories along with the product.....please go to near by dell store to buy.... I didn't even get the bag which will be provided for free.... i just bought on flipkart just bcoz I wanted it very urgently and I didn't find time to go to store

This laptop is a disaster & really really disappointed with Flipkart's & Dell's Customer Service
I bought this laptop a few days ago for my brother who is into his 1st year in college. When he finally received this item, it had 3 issues with it: 1. Screen started flickering on its own 2. Battery (that was showing as 100%) drained off in 15 Mins to )% 3. The laptop started re starting its own. When all this happened, I called Flipkart CS & registered my problem and I was assured that the issue would be resolved. I insisted for a ticket number but surprisinlgy was refused and assured in turn that someone from their team will reach out to me about this. I received no calls from Flkipkart or Dell for the next 2 days, when I decided to call Flipkart CS again and this time I was told that - "THIS IS AN ISSUE BETWWEN THE CUSTOMER & DELL AND THAT FLIPKART CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT". Upon reaching out to Dell CS, after Flipkart shunned the door was even more disappointing. I had made 3 trips to the Dell service center, 2 for repairing and 1 for replacement but the LAPTOP still has the same issues. Understandably, I am out of ideas, as the two supposed titans of Customer support Flipkart & Dell falter with their very own strong suit.
