Utterly Disappointed
Review for the logistics - Delhivery The package was torned and was clearly seen that heavy baggages were kept on top. I would call it as mistake from Flipkarts end as it was not mentioned no where to handle with Care. look at the images is it some clothes or something ? look at the stupid bubble wrapping. Laptop is working as of now. Disappointing experience.

Writing this review after using for one week. I would say it is a good buy regarding this price point and the brand name of Dell. First of all Regarding the packaging and delivery: Packaging box was damaged from all sides but laptop box was in bubble wrap. so don't worry about the packaging and delivery. Now come to laptop itself and I would divide my personal views in two categories- Pros and Cons: Pros: 1. Very Good build quality although it is bit on heavier side but for college student it is good. 2. It comes with I5 7th Gen processor and performance wise no complaints. It comes with Ubuntu but I straight away installed Windows 10 pro after the delivery and It is running smoothly. 3. Full Hd display is very crisp and vibrant and best for consuming media. 4. It has all the ports like USB HDMi and 3.5 audio jack. Cons- 1. It does't have any external graphics card. so if you are looking for gaming den this is not for you. You will get only integrated Intel HD graphics card. 2. Battery backup is not good as I expected and also it doesn't support fast charging. 3. It is bit heavy and if you are regular traveller den this is not for you. 4. Sound is not so loud and also speakers are at the bottom so you need to keep your laptop on harder surface if you want to get clear sound. 5. No backlit keyboard 6. They should have provided more LED alert light. You will get only 2 LED notification light One for charging and one on the caps lock key. So this is my honest opinion and If you want a Laptop for your daily use and for casual gaming den this will be a very good buy.

Mind-blowing purchase
Packing was very bad from Flipkart but still laptop is not damaged. It's been a week using this laptop, performance is very good and I don't see any issues as of now. Happy with the laptop 😊.
