Update: Flipkart sent a replacement unit and once again they sent the same product. I am sure that these guys are just blind, and nothing else. What a shame and pathetic service by them. The seller definitely needs to review their billing and dispatch team. They showed the product, which was silver inside the laptop (entire keypad and touch pad area) and black finishing outside. Instead of that they sent fully black color laptop, which doesn't look good at all to me. I wanted what was shown to me and I ordered the same. However, the delivery was as per the commitment. Asked for return and Flipkart is yet to get back to me. Not a good experience with this seller. Poor part is Flipkart said it would take 4-5 days in total for the complete process to be done of return, which is very unpleasant experience for me. Alas!
