Nice Gaming Laptop
Writing this review after 7 days of heavy usage including gaming and stress testing: I got this at 70k and the performance is nice so far. Other reviews already mention specs and performance, so, I will talk about the thermal performance instead. For stress testing the laptop I have used the Furmark, Unigine and AC: Origins benchmarks. The thermals out of the box was pretty bad. Temps were around 90C+ while playing AC:Origins. I needed to undervolt the processor using Throttlestop with -0.160 mv offset to cpu core and cache to bring down the temps. Also, undervolted the gpu with MSI Afterburner to get 1900 mhz at 0.925 volts. This resulted in temps hovering around 75-80C. Temps can be further reduced to hover around 70C if Turbo mode of processor is disabled. This results in around ~10 fps loss in AAA titles in exchange of temps being reduced by ~5C. Repasting CPU and GPU would probably result in even better thermals. I have added another 8 GB ram in dual channel configuration. Without the extra ram the machine does not perform upto its full potential in AAA titles. For instance, the addition of ram resulted in ~15-20 fps gain in AC: Origins with all settings except anti-aliasing set to very high. Overall, this is a very nice buy in 70-75k range if you are prepared to do a little bit of tweaking to get the most out of this machine during heavy gaming. Also, the key lights turn off after 30 secs of inactivity. To make the key lights stay always on, you need to do a bios update and change the setting from bios.

great device (if u grab it on 70k), screen is full hd with 144 hz refresh rate. webcam is decent and so are the speakers (bottom firing) cant expect anything from a laptop. Back light of keyboard is red (static and no brightness level just on & off), and turns off automatically after 30 seconds if not in use even while plugged in (can be fixed from BIOS). thunderbolt is not present ( keep the price point in mind), build quality is average its plastic but feels premium. now about Gaming performance : 1. CSGO : 150-160 fps on highest(16:9) settings and 250+ fps on lowest(4:3) 2. GTA 5 : 80-100 fps on ultra settings 3. Battlefield 1 : 90-100 fps on max settings 4. Witcher 3 : 60-65 fps on max settings 5. Fortnite : 70-80 on epic and 150+ on medium 6. Pubg PC : arround 65 on max and 80-90 on low 7. Battlefield 5 (fire storm) : 60 fps on ultra and 90-100 on low 8. Pubg Lite : 100+ fps on ultra more games were tested most of them gave 60 fps on ultra with a smooth experience like tekken 7 , fifa 19, wwe2k19, mortal kombat 11, DMC 5 and many more. gpu temp remain arround 75"C ( can increase in future after long usage period) overall GREAT laptop with 1060 6gb and 144hz like a cherry on top. recommend : add another stick of 8 gb ram and get a laptop cooling pad
