Very safe product
One of my family member is using this product in a professional beauty parlour. As per her opinion, the product is very safe as it has temperature control. The down-side is that it takes more time and effort to straighten the hair (compared to manual ones) but does not burn the hair due to over heating.

this straightener did not do any good to me. i have long wavy frizzy hair. i have tried straightening my hair many a times even wit the highest temperature but fails to do any wonders for me. sigh!!

Very bad quality
The product has been used very rarely and is just about 6-8 months old, has been kept inside the packaging and used about 10 times in total. It has stopped working all of a sudden. Very bad quality clearly. and results in a lot of static electricity. Do not purchase it!!
