Worth the money
Earlier I planned to purchase a backlit keyboard. On perusing the backlit world, I found the products are prohibitively costing very high and/or offering no additional comfort or value for the extra money paid excepting lighting up the keys or just giving a background of light. Instead, I purchased the Amkette Multimedia Key Board for just Rs.400+. My earlier Key Board IBM original, heavy, and sturdy one purchased with my first Computer in 2002. Now also it's working well but the letters on the keys are all gone. For me, I have no problem as I am a trained Touch Typist. Now the product Brand: Amkette Color Black and Saffron Design Good (see the images) Feel Very Good Weight Lightweight in fact looking delicate. Time only will tell how strong it is Multimedia keys yes Mail Browser Calculator Volume up and down\ Speaker Mute Next Song Previous Song Pause Player Connector Via USB Sensitivity Good Overall I give 4.5 stars out of 5. Half Star lost as its looking delicate compared to IBM Key Board. But find its worth the money paid. I expect the Key Board stay connected all the time. However, after a few days of using, I find that when PC is unused for about say 30 minutes, the keyboard loses connection with the PC. To regain connection, we have to tap any one of the keys several times. This is not only disappointing but also quite annoying to say the least.
