Commanding attention with a price tag of Rs 4.59 crore, this automotive masterpiece found its esteemed first owner in none other than Zomato CEO, Deepinder Goyal. Through the lens of ‘Automobili Ardent India’ on Instagram, the world caught a glimpse of Goyal’s pristine acquisition, a vision clad in the captivating hue of Satin Aston Martin Racing Green. As the inaugural DB12 graces the streets of India, it leaves an indelible mark as a symbol of luxury and performance in the automotive realm.

Opting for a Satin Aston Martin Racing Green finish, the Zomato CEO’s choice of the DB12 exudes a timeless elegance accentuated by its commanding presence on enormous 21-inch alloy wheels boasting a diamond-cut finish. Beneath its sleek exterior lies a formidable powerhouse sourced from Mercedes-Benz, featuring a potent 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine. With an impressive output of approximately 680 bhp and 800 Nm of torque, coupled with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, this supercar promises a thrilling driving experience synonymous with the Aston Martin legacy.

Continuing the legacy of its esteemed predecessor, the Aston Martin DB12 emerges as the successor to the beloved DB11 GT supercar. Boasting a remarkable 80 percent overhaul, this latest model represents a significant leap forward in both design and performance, as affirmed by the company.

In earlier discourse, former Shark Tank India judge and ex-BharatPe founder Ashneer Grover purported that Deepinder Goyal, the CEO of Zomato, had a penchant for acquiring sportscars following each successful round of funding.

In a candid revelation on a podcast, former Shark Tank India judge and ex-BharatPe founder Ashneer Grover shared insights into Deepinder Goyal’s automotive enthusiasm, stating, “I am passionate about cars, and it’s not just me, it’s everyone. Jaise Zomato ka founder hain Deepinder, sabse zyada shauk usko tha. Jab bhi uska round raise hota tha uski nai sports car aa jati thi toh hum bade chidte the.” Grover highlighted Goyal’s fervor for cars, noting that with every successful funding round, a new sports car would grace his collection, occasionally prompting a hint of bemusement among peers at the sudden influx of luxury automobiles.
