Xiaomi to launch Air Fryer in India soon: Might retail for Rs. 8000

Xiaomi has been continuously expanding its range of home appliances for the Indian Market. The company is now expected to launch Mi Smart Air Fryer in the country very soon. A few teaser posters have been shared by Xiaomi which hint at an imminent launch soon.

The Air Fryer will retail for around 8k in the Indian market because it is priced at 99 EUR (Rs. 7945) at the global level.

Xiaomi Air Fryer: Specs & Features

Xiaomi has already launched Air Fryer in the global market so most of its features will be known when it comes to India. It has about 3.5 liters capacity and supports the Mi Home app. This means one can control the air fryer via their smartphone. The app has over 100 recipes among other features. The Air Fryer has support for Google Assistant and Alexa too.

The Air Fryer is capable of being scheduled or pre-set as per needs. It has an OLED touch screen and the temperature can be set between 40 to 200 degrees Celsius. The Air Fryer can defrost fermented vegetables, frozen goods, and dry fruits along with frying food.

One has to pull out the fryer’s basket at any time to check the cooking status of the food and while the basket is out, the machine will be paused. The fryer will work as a yogurt maker, fruit dryer, and an electric oven as well. The Air Fryer has striped ducts for good air circulation and even heating. There are cooling vents as well.
