The Xiaomi MIX Flip and the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 have finally been launched in China. These are the company’s latest foldables, with the Xiaomi MIX Flip being the first of its kind in the Xiaomi family. Let’s take a look at the specs and the pricing.
Xiaomi MIX Flip
The Xiaomi MIX Flip is a clamshell foldable device featuring a 6.86” inner foldable LTPO AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 3,000 Nits of peak brightness. It has a PPI of 460 and an aspect ratio of 21.4:9.

The outer display is a 4” screen with the same peak brightness of 3,000 Nits, an HBM of 1,600 Nits, 120 Hz refresh rate, and support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The PPI is also 460, making the main display and cover display almost identical.
The MIX Flip is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a 4nm flagship chipset from Qualcomm, and features vapor chamber cooling. It offers up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The device runs on Android 14 with the HyperOS skin.
For the battery, you get a 4,780 mAh cell with support for 67W wired charging. However, there is no wireless charging. The camera setup includes a 50 MP f/1.7 23mm lens with OIS and AF, and a 50 MP 2x optical zoom lens (47mm, f/2.0) with AF. The front camera is a 32 MP 21mm wide lens with an f/2.0 aperture. The pricing is as follows:

- 12/256 GB: 5,999 CNY (₹69,087.12)
- 12/512 GB: 6,499 CNY (₹74,845.34)
- 16/1 TB: 7,299 CNY (₹84,058.49)
Xiaomi MIX Fold 4
The Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 has a 7.98” inner foldable LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,000 Nits, with an HBM brightness of 1,700 Nits and an aspect ratio of 10:9.

The outer/cover display is a 6.56” LTPO AMOLED display with the same peak brightness and HBM brightness. It is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and has an aspect ratio of 21:9.

Under the hood, the MIX Fold 4 comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Android 14 with the HyperOS skin on top. The battery is a 5,100 mAh cell with support for 67W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The camera setup includes a 50 MP f/1.7 wide lens (1/1.49”) with OIS, a 50 MP 2x telephoto lens with OIS, a 10 MP 5x periscope lens with OIS, and a 12 MP ultra-wide angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture and 120-degree field of view. There are two front cameras: a 16 MP camera on both the cover display and the inner display. Here’s a look at the pricing:

- 12/256 GB: 8,999 CNY (₹1,03,636.43)
- 16/512 GB: 9,999 CNY (₹1,15,152.87)
- 16/1 TB: 10,999 CNY (₹1,26,669.31)
