The Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi has already revealed its latest flagship, the Xiaomi 17, in its native market. However, a global launch of the handset (and the series) isn’t confirmed yet.

Xiaomi 17’s Global Variant (Alleged) Spotted On GeekBench

Amid the uncertainty, a smartphone with model number “25113PN0EC” has been spotted on Geekbench 6, and it is expected to be the global variant of the Xiaomi 17.

Per the benchmark listing, the phone features the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and scores 3,176 points in the single-core and 10,010 points in the multi-core performance test. Furthermore, the handset features 12GB of RAM and runs Android 16.

Xiaomi 17 Launch Timeline For India (Expected)

Citing this listing, the Indian tipster Abhishel Yadav claims the device could launch globally in January 2026, alongside an India launch. However, regarding the Indian launch, the tipster isn’t very confident and says it might launch in January or February 2026.

Given that Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 15 in India, we’re confident the Xiaomi 17 will follow suit, though only in limited storage variants. The launch of the Xiaomi 17 Pro, however, remains uncertain.

To give you a quick idea about the phone’s specifications, the Xiaomi 17 could feature a 6.3-inch LTPO AMOLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 3,500 nits peak brightness, runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, features a triple-50MP rear camera setup, and includes a massive 7,000 mAh battery.
