Xiaomi 12T Series global launch set for October 4: Checkout specs & prices here

Tech giant Xiaomi has confirmed that it will launch its Xiaomi 12T Series globally on October 4. The series will have 2 models- Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro and the Pro variant is expected to come with a 200MP main camera sensor. If this happens, then it will be the 2nd smartphone after Motorola Edge 30 Ultra to feature a 200MP sensor. Now, days ahead of the launch, a new leak has surfaced online that reveals the prices of the Xiaomi 12T Series smartphones.

Xiaomi 12T Series: Expected Prices

The Xiaomi 12T will be available in 2 storage configurations-

  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage- Rs. 46,300 approx
  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 50,300 approx

The Xiaomi 12T Pro will also be available in 2 storage models-

  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 61,400
  • 12GB RAM+256GB storage- Rs. 63,800

The smartphones are said to come in Lunar Silver, Blue, and Black/Grey colors.

Xiaomi 12T & 12T Pro Specs

The Xiaomi 12T Pro is expected to sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ SoC paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It will reportedly pack a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging and feature the biggest 200MP main camera sensor at the back.

Xiaomi 12T is said to feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to ship with MediaTek Dimesity 8100 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The smartphone will pack a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging and run Android 12 out of the box.

In terms of camera, the 12T vanilla model will have a 108MP sensor at the back along with an 8MP ultrawide angle camera and a 2MP macro shooter. It will have a 20MP selfie lens and the connectivity options will include 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging.
