One of the most popular food delivery services in India, Swiggy, has launched a new feature called Eatlists. Much like creating and sharing music playlists with friends and family members, Swiggy users can now curate a list of their favorite food items to share with their people.
According to Swiggy, 58% of users need help with indecision when selecting what to order, while 68% base their orders on recommendations. Hence, the Swiggy Eatlists feature will help people share a list of their favorite food items in a way that the receiver can immediately find and order the item on the app.

How To Create Eatlists On Swiggy?
While browsing through different restaurants and the dishes they offer, Swiggy users can tap the bookmark icon below the listing and select the Eatlist they would want it to be a part of.
By default, the app provides three Eatlists titles, including Comfort Food, “All time fav,” and “Late night cravings.” To check out the feature, I added a couple of food items to my Comfort Food Swiggy Eatlist. The process is straightforward. Users can even name their Eatlists.
Once users add the food item to their Eatlist, they can access it in the Food section through the button at the bottom of the interface. Now, users can share the Eatlist with their friends, family members, peers, someone who is going to a familiar city, and so on.
While users can view the Eatlists they created, they can also view other trending Eatlists. “The Eatlists feature will also be available on the Swiggy user’s food home page as well as their profile page, ready to be created, shared, and relished.”
