India's first hydrogen fuel cell-powered Toyota Mirai sedan goes official; here's the detail to know.

Toyota Mirai has crossed Indian borders as a hybrid model powered by Hydrogen Fuel Cells to promise a 30% better range than its previous gen.

Toyota Mirai can cover a distance range of 600km on one full tank which is better than many electric cars retailing in India.

Refuelling Toyota Mirai will take just three to five minutes.

It allows no tailpipe emission other than just water vapour.

Mirai will offer a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ambient lighting, built-in heating for seats, and other advanced interior features.

The production of Toyota Mirai for Indian market will soon start at company's Bidadi, Karnataka plant.

The company will also introduce the Toyota Camry Hybrid based on flex-fuel technology in India after Mirai.
