Tata electric mobility unit has finally launched its much-awaited Tata Nexon EV Max in India with significant upgrades. Here are its specs, pricing, and availability details.
The Tata Nexon EV Max is powered by a 143PS permanent magnet synchronous AC motor that produces a torque of 250Nm and accelerates from 0-100kmph in 9 seconds.
It packs a 40.5kWh lithium-ion battery kit to offer ARAI certified range of 437km. It ships with a 7.2kW AC fast charger to fully juice the Nexon EV Max in 6.5 hours while 50kW DC fast charger to refill 80% in just 56 minutes.
It has a host of advanced safety features including ESP, all-four disc brakes, control for hill hold and hill descent, cruise control, electronic parking brake, and dual airbags.
The interior include a jewelled control knob, air purifier, wireless mobile charger, ventilated front seats, and dashboard-fitted infotainment screen. The top model also offers an electric sunroof.
While it doesn't come with significant exterior design change but company has brought three colour variants to choose from – Intensi-Teal, Daytona Grey, and Pristine White.
The ex-showroom price of Tata Nexon EV Max in all-India is ₹17.74 Lakh (onwards). The booking has been started online and at authorised Tata Motors dealers.
